How to play Oh My Work!

A talking game. You are the new People Ops Lead at a five-person startup. Walk the office, talk to your team, and handle the awkward moments most people freeze on.

Your goal is not to win a fight or beat a clock. Your goal is to say the right thing. Every conversation is scored on four skills — Clarity, Politeness, Empathy and Expression — and those scores build a growth profile that shows exactly where your communication is strong and where it needs work.

    • Next up — the single mission the game recommends right now. If you only have five minutes, play this one.
    • Level & XP ring — every finished conversation awards XP. 100 XP fills the ring and raises your level.
    • Streak — a flame counter. Play at least one scenario each day to keep it alive; miss a day and it resets to zero.
    • Today's priorities — three missions picked fresh each day. Finishing all three is the daily target.
